Financial Services

Led by Finance Manager Kendra Pagnan, this unit is responsible for coordinating financial reporting, financial management, procurement of goods and services, budgeting and auditing processes of the Guelph Police Service in accordance with legislative requirements and City of Guelph guidelines. Financial Services oversees the development of the annual operating and contingency budget estimates, as well as the five-year capital budget for review and approval by the Board and City of Guelph Council.
