Releasing Reports for Insurance Purposes
We produce reports for motor vehicle collisions, stolen property and damaged property.
Our fee is $50.00 ($44.25 + H.S.T.)
Cheque is payable to the "Guelph Police Service".

A report will not be released to an insurance company unless their insured has signed a consent form.
** Please note that beginning June 22, 2011 Guelph has a collision reporting centre. It is operated by ASSI, who will provide collision reports to its member insurers.
